Authors must register and present their papers at the conference. As per IEEE PES policy, no–shows will be removed from post‐conference distribution and not be included in IEEEXplore or other public access IEEE forums.

One (1) full registration is valid for two (2) paper presentations, provided that the registered presenter is one of the authors of both paper presentations. Each additional paper costs a fee of € 200.

Participants are eligible for the student rate if they are full-time undergraduate or graduate students. Only one paper per registration is allowed under the student rate.

The page limit per paper is six (6) pages. Each additional page costs a fee of € 50 per page.

Participants without papers submitted can attend the conference by registering and paying registration fees.

All payments are to be made in Euro (€) either by Visa/Master Card or Bank Draft payable to ‘ISAP 2022’.

* Maximum one paper is allowed with a single registration of students.

** Maximum two papers can be presented with a single registration.
